OA/RA FBA Prep & Shipping Fees

    • Base Processing Fee: $1.20/Unit

    • Large* Unit Surcharge: Base Processing Fee + $.50/Unit

    • Oversized** Unit Surcharge: Base Processing Fee + $1.75/Unit

    • If your product needs additional processing such as: sticker removal, taping shut, multiple stickers covered, additional fees will apply.

    *Large is unit over 11” on any one side.

    **Oversize is unit over 18” on any one side and/or 50lbs or greater.

  • Storage fees are calculated based on Cubic Meter. We will round up to the nearest cubic meter.

    • Day 1-7: Free!

    • Day 8-180: $28/Month Per Cubic Meter

    • Day 181+: $36/Month Per Cubic Meter

  • The following services are available to add on a la carte, and are $.30 per add-on per item.

    • Standard Size* Poly Bag

    • Applying Stickers or Extra Labels

    • Taping

    • Folding

    • Box Assembly

    • Rolling

    • Packaging (Client Supplied)

    • Marketing Inserts (Client Supplied)

    The following services are available to add on a la carte, and are $.65 per add-on per item.

    • Bubble Wrap

    • Extra Large Poly Bag

    • Liquid/Clothing/Shoes

    • Processing Adult Products

    *Standard Size is any poly bag that matches our stock size (9x13”) or smaller.

Additional Services

  • Packaging multiple quantities of the same ASIN together. (no base charge applies to bundles)

    • 2-5 pieces: $1.75/bundle

    • 6-12 pieces: $2.75/bundle

    • 13-20 pieces: $4.00/bundle

    Shrink/Stretch Wrap and Poly Bags are included in the fees above. Corrugate boxes are not included and will need to be procured separately at the clients expense.

  • Packing multiple quantities of 2 or more SKU’s together. (no base charge applies to kitting)

    • 2-5 pieces: $2.40/bundle

    • 6-12 pieces: $3.70/bundle

    • 13-20 pieces: $5.00/bundle

    • Kits greater than 4 SKU’s, add $.30 additional SKU/Kit

    • Medium Box: $3.00/Box

    • Large Box: $4.00/Box

    • Extra-Large Box: $6.00/box

    • Pallet (Grade B or Better): $35/Pallet

    • Mail Forwarding: $1.50/item + shipping

    • Unlisted Product at time of Outbound Shipment: $1.50/ASIN

    • Returns to Supplier: $1.75/shipment +shipping charges if needed

    • Inventory Removals(From Amazon): $1.50/Unit

      • Includes receiving, inspection

      • Client must create inbound shipment on dashboard or +$1.50

      • Prep fees apply if item is being sent back to Amazon

      • Disposal: $1

      • Liquidate: $.25

    • Photography -

      • Simple: $2/SKU

        • This is simple photography for client use if you want to see your product, un-gating, add it to your inventory system, etc.

        • Full Ungating Photography: $5/SKU: this includes photos of the entire shipment, all documentation, etc

    • Photography - Listing Quality: $75/hour

      • Professional Photographer

      • Photo is shot using white background

      • To retain rights to photo and source files

      • Turnaround time varies based on currently workload and schedule

    • Hourly Rate - Projects/Unplanned Work: $45/hour

    • Weekend/Overtime Hourly Rate - Projects/Unplanned Work: $90/hour (2 Hour Minimum and client approval required)

    • Carton Forwarding:

      • Carton Forwarding: $3/carton

      • 2 Step: $2.50 Carton+: New Box + Shipping

    • Rush Processing: $60/shipment

      • Your shipment gets moved to the priority list. First come first served.

    *Disposal - Your item is destroyed and disposed in the trash.

    **Liquidate - You allow PrimeTime Prep to liquidate inventory by reselling. Primetime retains any and all funds captured during sale of liquidated product.

    • Client Managed - You tell us when and how much to send to FBA: No Additional Charge

      • All items are prepped upon receipt by default. If you wish for items to be stored and not prepped, you’ll need to request a hold on prep directly with PrimeTime.

      • Standard prep fee will apply once item is prepped. You won’t pay until item is prepped and sent to Amazon.

    • PrimeTime Prep Managed - PrimeTime Prep will monitor inventory we have on hand for you and utilize software capabilities to determine when and how much inventory to send to Amazon.

      • All shipment will be authorized by the client before prep and shipping begins.

      • Pricing starts at $39/mo for 10 or fewer ASIN’s.

  • No Inbound Shipment Created Fee:$5.00/Package

    Incorrect Address/No Unit # Fee:$3.00/Package

    Outbound Shipment Error due to account status Fee: $10/Shipment

In order to ensure we are able to offer all of our clients the best possible service. Effective January 1st, we will be implementing monthly invoice minimums. If you are already being invoiced $200 or more each month, then nothing below will apply to you, unless your volume falls below the $200/month threshold. If you aren’t currently being invoiced at least $200/month the below will apply to you. Our minimum invoice per shipment is $50 or 50 units, whichever is met first. This will allow us to continue to serve smaller sellers, while ensuring we are bringing in enough revenue to support everyone with the same level of service.

Examples:

  1. You ask us to ship out a shipment for you and you only have 25 units in stock and the $1.20/unit applies. Your total is $30. Due to minimums, your invoice would be increased to $50. If you are a seller already hitting the $200 monthly minimum on average there will not be additional fees applied to your shipments. If you aren’t at $200/month, but your monthly invoices total greater than $200, then any additional fees charged on your shipments will be credited back to you.

  2. You ask us to ship for you and you have 45 units and your invoice for that shipment is greater than $50, no additional charges will apply. 

  3. You have inventory at Primetime that we are storing for you and you don’t have any outbound shipments for the entire month. You will ONLY be invoiced for storage, nothing will be added since there is no labor spent on storage.

  4. You have one large outbound shipment the first week of the month, the invoice is $265. You then have 3 shipments that are only 30 units for the month. No minimums would apply because you were already invoiced $200 for the month.
